August 12, 2025

Ahead of the kickoff of the 2025 NFL season, “Let’s Go!” returns for Season 5 with Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford joining Jim Gray, Maxx Crosby, and Peter King as host.

“Over the years, I have enjoyed watching and listening to ‘Let’s Go’ on SiriusXM, and Jim is one of the true icons of sports broadcasting,” Stafford said. “To have a chance to work with him, Maxx, and Peter this season was too good to pass up. About the Hosts

Matthew Stafford

Stafford is entering his 17th NFL season this fall, continuing a career that ranks among the best in NFL history. He was the first player selected in the 2009 NFL Draft after a decorated career at the University of Georgia, and he played 12 seasons with the Detroit Lions before being traded to the Rams in 2021. In his first season in Southern California, he led L.A. to victory in Super Bowl LVI.

Today, Stafford ranks among the top 10 quarterbacks of all-time in four major passing categories — TDs (377), yards (59,809), completions (5,174), and attempts (8,166) — and is one of only two active players on that list.

Maxx Crosby

Crosby is one of the leaders of the Raiders franchise and the league’s premier defensive talents. He has been voted to the Pro Bowl the past four seasons, and in 2022 and 202,3 he led the league in tackles for loss. Crosby was drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft out of Eastern Michigan University and made an immediate impact on the field. He finished second in the Associated Press Defensive Rookie of the Year voting after ranking second among all rookies with 10 sacks that first season. Among all defensive linemen in the NFL since 2019, Maxx ranks first in tackles for loss (105), fourth in tackles (364), tied for fourth in sacks (59.5), fourth in quarterback hits (144), and fifth in quarterback pressures (346).

Crosby remains very involved with his alma mater. He is a member of Eastern Michigan’s Ring of Honor and, this past April, was hired as the assistant general manager of the school’s football program, making him the first active NFL player to hold a college football personnel position.

Peter King

King has covered the NFL for more than four decades, was voted National Sportswriter of the Year by his peers three times, and is one of the most influential and trusted journalists covering the sport.

Jim Gray

Gray is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and one of the original hosts of “Let’s Go!”

“Matthew is one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the ‘Let’s Go!’ team,” said Gray. “Since its inception, our show has featured legends Tom Brady, Bill Belichick, and Larry Fitzgerald. Welcoming Matthew to the lineup alongside Maxx and Peter this season is a great addition. His insight and energy will make the show a great experience for our listeners.”
